The Floodgates are Open - The Dolly Deception

A warning about celebrity faith, apostasy, and the floodgates of deception

A many-armed water dragon flooding the nations with streams of political, technological, and spiritual deception.

Warning: A risqué image is featured in this post.

The apostle Paul often used what is called kairos in Greek to deliver a timely message. At this hour God has a message from me to you. Before getting into that message I would like to prepare your spirit.

One of my favorite hymns is Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus. The lyrics are an appropriate place to start not only this message, but every day. The writer of the lyrics, Louisa M. R. Stead, communicated how it was a blessing to hear from God. She wrote the lyrics after her husband died trying to save a drowning boy. “Thus saith the Lord” is a phrase commonly used by prophets, but she was was just a lyricist, right? Not merely. She was also a prophet. Music is and can be a form of prophecy as much as it is for praise or lamentation. Prophecy is something for all of us, because we are all supposed to hear from God and be ambassadors for Christ.

Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:20–21

Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil. 1 Thessalonians 5:19–22

I’ll include the lyrics below as well as a recording of me playing and singing it. I changed the name to Yahshua since it is His Hebrew name before Greek transliteration. I hope it blesses you.

Tis so sweet to trust in Yahshua, just to take Him at His word. Jus to take Him at His promise, just to know “Thus saith the Lord.” Yahshua, Yahshua, precious Yahshua. How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er. Yahshua, Yahshua, precious Yahshua. Oh for grace to trust Him more!

I’m so glad I learned to trust Him. Precious Yahshua, Savior, friend. And I know that He is with me. Will be with me to the end. Yahshua, Yahshua, precious Yahshua. How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er. Yahshua, Yahshua, precious Yahshua. Oh for grace to trust Him more!

OK, so now let’s get into the meat of the message. You may have heard of two recent news events, one in the east and one in the west, one being the flood in Nepal and the other that Dolly Parton died. You might be thinking, “where is he going with this?” but there is a connection, and it is pretty obvious once you know.

On July 28, 2024, Dollywood, a Dolly Parton theme park, flash flooded and had to close down. That event alone might not alert caution in the minds of most, but looking at more recent events, I think it may have been a precursor warning to the United States (as a self-proclaimed “Christian nation”) for embracing apostasy.

On August 25, 2026, Dolly Parton was pronounced dead at 80 years old. She has since been honored as a great woman who was generous in her faith, philanthropy, and who was kind and fun. Even the president of the United States ordered flags at the White House, federal buildings, military installations, naval vessels, and U.S. facilities abroad to remain at half-staff until sunset on September 1, 2026. The entire nation mourned and memorialized her collectively.

Dolly Parton was not a Christian. That may come as a surprise to you because she’s always saying she’s a “woman of faith” and might have even used Jesus’ name a few times, but listen to her own words here:

“We all need something to believe in, whether you believe in God or not, whether you call it Mother Nature or Father Time or a higher wisdom. You need to believe in yourself and you need to believe there’s a force that can push you and lead you on. I was always guided by that.” -Dolly Parton, New Humanist, Winter 2023 issue

Here is her story about how she found “God.”

“I never, never felt like I was saved. I never felt like I was saved, that I was getting what they were seem to be getting, or supposed to be getting, because I just didn’t ever feel like I had reached that place.” “But then, there was this old abandoned church down the hill… it just had an old piano in it. All the windows were all busted. People used to go down there, drink, make out. There were dirty pictures painted on the walls.” “I found real truth here, in one place, I found God, music, and sex. My fascination was complete.” “Well, I’m a very spiritual person as you know, not religious…” “Yeah, the sexuality, the spirituality, the sensuality, and the music, all that is me.”

-WNYC Studio Interview on December 31, 2019

She even confessed to having an open relationship with her husband, being that they were free to flirt and become emotionally attached to other people, but were not allowed to have sex, supposedly. I don’t know about you, but that sounds really shady. She confessed to having an “affair of the heart” with her bandmate, Gregg Perry. Shed told the Guardian in December, 2014:

Through the years, people must think I’ve really got around.” She pauses and adds: “I guess I have, to some degree.”

But Dolly, haven’t we just been talking about your lasting, steady marriage? “Well, the steady marriage is one thing,” she says, “but my flirtations, all that stuff, that’s something else entirely. My husband knows I’m always coming home.” What did she make of Kenny Rogers admitting their supposed affair was all a bit of a joke? “We could’ve gone down that road. And a lot of people do. And we probably have with other people. But Kenny’s like a brother to me.”

You have with other people? “Oh please,” she snaps. “Everyone wants to get into the dirt. I wouldn’t tell you if I had. How would I tell that? That would be all over the papers. That would be your headline, wouldn’t it? ‘Dolly admits to screwing everyone in town.’ I’m not admitting nothin’. Maybe I did. Maybe I didn’t. Maybe I will. Maybe I won’t. And it’s none of your damn business!”

Yeah. Doesn’t sound like a profession of innocence and fidelity to me. It sends the opposite message. Her whole life has revolved around sex and music. Those are her gods. She even posed for Playboy magazine. She also was a big supporter of the LGBTQ alphabet soup. Through all observations of her life and testimony the only conclusion that can be drawn from a Bible-believing Christian is that she was a harlot. If you doubt that you don’t need to look any further than the photo taken of her at the Masonic Lodge of Nashville. I can’t think of anything else but Mystery Babylon when looking at that image. It’s an abomination in more ways than one. Freemasonry is the pinnacle of harlotry, being that they require initiates to simply believe in A God, who is called the Great Architect, but this god is not the one true God. It can be any god, be it Allah, Shiva, Mother Nature… it doesn’t matter. To the highest degrees, though, it is revealed that they are indeed worshiping a single god, and that god is Lucifer. This was confessed in the book Morals and Dogma by 33rd degree Freemason Albert Pike, among other high-ranking Freemasons throughout history.

So what does all this have to do with Nepal? God is telling us that He is going to judge the harlotry of the east and the west. He has opened the flood gates of deception and given the world over to a strong delusion, because that is what the people of this world want.

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:9–12

Joseph Herrin wrote about the dragon flood here.

On August 26, 2026, the next day after Dolly’s death, a massive flood swept through areas of Tibet and Nepal. The devastating flood struck while unusually large numbers of people were making the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, a pilgrimage to sacred Mount Kailash in Tibet. Mount Kailash is sacred to Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, and followers of the Tibetan Bön religion. Hindus regard it as the abode of Shiva. Some Christians have speculated it was a judgment from God. Remember what Dolly said, that it doesn’t matter what you believe in. It just matters that you believe it. She was just as accepting of Hindus as she was of Christians, gays and Freemasons.

Then on August 27, 2026, Tropical Storm Dolly formed in the Atlantic. Coincidence? I think not. God sometimes coordinates storms and signs in the heavens to communicate to us. Do you recall the lunar eclipses and blood moons in 2014 and 2015?

  • April 15, 2014 — total lunar eclipse, Passover, Blood Moon #1
  • October 8, 2014 — total lunar eclipse, Sukkot/Tabernacles, Blood Moon #2
  • April 4, 2015 — total lunar eclipse, Passover, Blood Moon #3
  • September 27–28, 2015 — total lunar eclipse, Sukkot/Tabernacles, Blood Moon #4
  • Aug. 21, 2017 → Great American Eclipse / “Seven Salems”
  • Sept. 23, 2017 → alleged Revelation 12 astronomical sign

In particular I recall the Seven Salems of the Great American Eclipse being an obvious warning to Americans. There were also several hurricanes around that time that had symbolic meanings meant for the US (here’s one). Also, and interestingly enough, Joseph wrote a blog about Hurricane Dolly way back in 2008 that I think is appropriate reading in light of the Dolly news.

I recall 2015-2018 being an incredibly prophetic time where God was telling America to repent. The country did not repent. In fact, it got worse in many respects. Trump’s posturing and ecumenical prayer in the White House has done little to nothing to fix things he has signed into executive order, like removing transgender and LGBTQ from schools or from sports and “draining the swamp” of corruption in the administration. Even if he did, is that really enough when he is working hard to build the beast system with his organized crime cronies? Never in the history of this country has organized crime been so prevalent and conspicuous, and I can’t for the life of me understand how Chrsitians can be deceived into thinking he is a sincere follower of Christ, but that’s a subject for another blog. The important things is I look around me and find that even the most remote, rural churches are falling into error and compromise. Here is a blog I wrote about a recent prophetic experience with a local church:

Aleph-Tav Body is New Age

A glowing figure standing between teal and crimson waves, with the Hebrew letters Aleph and Tav in the sky.

And here is another I wrote about why I don’t go to church (Do not take this as a recommendation but something to pray about):

The Assembling of the Saints

Saints gathered by lamplight outside city walls while a watchman stands with a trumpet.

On August 26th, the day of the flood in Nepal, I felt moved by the Spirit to post about Dolly Parton on Facebook. Note that I’ve written many blogs, books and songs that I’ve posted on the platform but have gotten zero interest in them, even though I have hundreds of friends. This Dolly post incited a veritable riot. It was viewed 56,485 times, engaged 13,349 times, with 137 reactions, 12,643 clicks, 338 comments and 12 shares. Most of the reactions were people who were angry or laughing. It just goes to show that social media incentivizes drama and ill emotions. People said some really nasty stuff to me. Even a local minister told me my post was disgusting and he tried to shame me for insulting a dead woman. He told me, “You would condemn the thief on the cross.” Well, the thief repented. Dolly did not, as far as I know. Even if she did repent on her deathbed, it’s not the point. She clearly didn’t have an opportunity to make a public declaration, which for someone in her shoes would really have been beneficial to the people who followed her. And even if she did repent, great! Since she didn’t have an opportunity to announce it maybe God is using His people and this situation to show us what not to do.

On August 31st, I was talking to Joseph about portions of this subject and mentioned in the course of the conversation a couple of YouTube channels I like watching. One is Off the Kirb Ministries. The next day that channel posted a video providing some compelling details of recent events and it really got me thinking whether these two events were connected. He said in his video that a Scripture came to him as he was preparing to make it:

And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, 16 and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?” Revelation 6:15–17

This is a message of warning and judgment to many people, Christians or otherwise, who would rather an avalanche fall on them than face the one true God.

As I am writing this, a text came through on my cell phone from a workmate citing Isaiah 55:10-11:

“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:10–11

I see this as a message of hope in the light of His judgment. For those who are truly His, we have nothing to fear, even as His judgment sweeps across the globe. He ultimately will bring good from all the birthpangs the harlot church is going though. The remnant child comes out of her, the church that was once faithful but has left her first love. Our hope for glory is in Christ Yahshua, we who are the child born of the wife of Christ. We who are caught up to Him to rule with a rod of iron (see Revelation 12:5).

“And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations.” Revelation 2:26–27

Joseph wrote a book called Christ in You, the Hope of Glory that will explain what I mean, and another book called The Remnant Bride.

All too often, Christians belittle those who speak what God puts on their hearts, especially if it goes against their biases and world views, but prophecy is a result of a relationship with God. All spiritual gifts are. We are all urged to pursue a personal relationship with Christ. You have probably heard that message preached in sermons before. Strangely, it is a popular message, but Christians don’t follow through with it. To that, I can only quote another Bible verse:

Today if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion. Hebrews 3:15

UPDATE

I went back and read the comments and messages for this Facebook post today (9-27-2026) and thought it necessary to post a video and some images of some of the responses to illustrate 2 points:

  1. People make many assumptions, like because I’m pointing out Dolly’s errors I must have voted for Trump or that I never criticized anything to do with the Epstein files. They have no frame of reference on that but jump to a conclusion based on their trigger-happy, programmed mindset.
  2. People who claim to seek peace and love, especially on the left, will get violent and very nasty with you if you challenge their world view.

That should speak for itself. Sodom and Gomorrah much?

Here is a video of the comment section. It’s long, and it gets worse the further along you go. Fair warning.

If you had the stomach to make it through that and spent the time to think about the arguments made by the people who are obviously right wing and others who are obviously left wing, you’ll see that they both are coming from the same place, even if their reactions are different. The conservative Christians in my community try to maintain some level of civility at least, however, they still carry a heart of justification towards idolatry, immorality and adultery. They defend it just as much as their political counterparts making arguments that philanthropy can possibly cover those sins or that I have no place to point out anything wrong with her “faith.” Some conservatives would probably be just as irate as their opponents if pushed. It just goes to show, the spirit of Babylon doesn’t care if you’re left or right. It’s two sides of the same coin. And neither wants their sins called out.
