Into Labor
A song of travail, surrender, and endurance for the work God brings forth in hidden places.
This song contains loose, abstract Hebrew
The original intended English-to-Hebrew translation was:
“Return in your saints. Bring the New Jerusalem. Drive the demons from our midst and open our eyes toward you, God. Reveal our beloved Messiah, Yeshua.”
Transliteration
Shuvah biqdoshekha. Have et Yerushalayim haḥadashah. Garesh et hashedim miqirbenu, ufeqaḥ et eineinu elekha, Elohim. Galleh et meshiḥenu ha-ahuv, Yeshua.
My translation somehow wound up with:
The loose meaning is:
Return! They acted treacherously; heavens to bring the New Jerusalem. He drove the saints from among us, and a snare, our eyes upon you; God revealed our Messiah, the Father, Yeshua.
