Questions on Exodus 11: Moses weak-voiced and slow of tongue

Since the Lord of all used Moses as his servant, why then did he form him weak-voiced and slow of tongue?

Because this rather displayed the divine power. Just as he appointed fishermen and tax collectors and tentmakers as heralds of truth and teachers of piety, so through a feeble voice and a slow tongue he put the wise of the Egyptians to shame.
