Library Ctesias Persica (Fragments)
Assyrian narrative (Ninus & Semiramis) via Diodorus
Ctesias’s Assyrian books do not survive independently. The fullest continuous English narrative is Diodorus Siculus, Library of History Book II, chapters 1–20, which Diodorus takes from Ctesias.
Read that material in this Library under Diodorus Siculus, Library of History (Book II) (especially chapters 1–20 on Ninus and Semiramis).
Ctesias does not name Nimrod. The equation Nimrod = Ninus appears later, notably in the Pseudo-Clementine Recognitions 4.29.
Photius epitome: English by J. H. Freese, The Library of Photius (SPCK, 1920), public domain, via tertullian.org. Assyrian narrative: see Diodorus Siculus, Library of History Book II (Oldfather), which follows Ctesias.
